Returns:
Refund can only be made on specific conditions that are

If the product is damaged.

Stale product.

Order was cancelled for which the payment was made online.

Order was not delivered to the recipient. ( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient).
Refund will not be initiated if the product is delivered to some other address due to the wrong credentials provided by the customer.
You can apply for return of your order within 30 minutes after the delivery. No return or refund will be initiated if you contact us after 30 minutes of the delivery.
Once you inform us about the return within 30 minutes of the delivery, our team will contact you for the return and the return will be initiated as soon as possible. In case of refund we’ll credit the amount to your bank account/e-wallet only if you are eligible for the refund. The amount will be refunded within 24 hrs.
In case a different product is delivered to the customer then the customer shall return the product at the time of the delivery and new product will be delivered to the customer as soon as possible.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing the order. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order after 30 minutes of placing the order.
In case of cancellations through our side due to unavailability of the product or if the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us, we shall not charge you any cancellation fee.
We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances:

Failure to contact you by phone or e-mail at the time of confirming the order booking.

Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery.
GETSETCAKE may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time without any prior notice.
RECEIVING PROCEDURE

You need to pay the amount before accepting the order. After paying and receiving the order, you need to check the product.
In case of damaged/stale product you shall take a photo of the damaged product immediately and contact us.
When returning the product, the product should be in the same condition as it was, when delivered else the return will not be accepted.
